Then from there, I'd pick out individual retextures and other graphical improvements like: OUT includes upscaled textures for vanilla faces - keeps the vanilla look but makes it less potato. There's a 4x and 2x version and it also includes Shivering Isles and all the other DLCs. They make the game look very detailed while keeping the vanilla feel. It's pretty much an almost all-in-one pack of upscaled stock textures that don't look like butt. Bevilex's guide makes a really solid base, but if you're just going with retextures and minor graphical details, you could try OUT - Oblivion Upscaled Textures.
